SUBMITTING ARTWORK

File formats for Appliqué (sewn) banners & flags:

EPS (Encapsulated Post Script)
AI (Adobe Illustrator)
PDF (Adobe PDF)

In vector EPS (CS5 or lower), AI (CS5 or lower) and PDF convert all text (fonts) to outlines (paths) and PMS chips matching specific colors. Vector files can be submitted at any size proportionate to the banner size ordered. Please see our nylon & Sunbrella color charts for color selection.

File formats for printing:

EPS (Encapsulated Post Script)
AI (Adobe Illustrator)
PDF (Adobe PDF)
PSD (Adobe Photoshop)
JPG (High Resolution JPEG)
TIFF (High Resolution TIFF).

In vector EPS (CS5 or lower), AI (CS5 or lower) and PDF convert all text (fonts) to outlines (paths) and PMS chips matching specific colors. Vector files can be submitted at any size proportionate to the banner size ordered. Any placed graphics should be included with the file and should be 150 dpi or higher.

In raster files/images PSD, JPG, TIFF please use the following guidelines:

100% scale (full size output) at 100 dpi
50% scale at 200 dpi or higher
25% scale at 400 dpi or higher
10% scale at 700-1400 dpi recommended

Files < 5MB:

For files under 5MB, email your artwork to: info@artflag.com
Option: To improve the file transmission speed and prevent file corruption, Zip or Stuff the file.
Option: Burn a CD or DVD (include a color hardcopy) and forward to our factory.

Files > 5MB:
